Elemental First Impressions

Jenna's first day at Madame MacKenzie's Academy for Elemental Control is memorable for three reasons:

1) Dropping her suitcase on the Russell-Jones twins on the train on the way to the muster point.

2) Nearly causing a malfunction of the portal to take them to the Academy itself.

3) Finding out her roommate is the Princess of Andorra.

Oh, and as she has an autumn birthday she has only two months to cram the basics of elemental theory. While younger students have the whole year to learn. As your nineteenth birthday is when you transcend and your elemental powers develop. That's when she'll receive her first mark, determining her elemental strengths and weaknesses. The rest of her time at the Academy will be learning to control them, and hopefully matching to her true partner and receiving her second mark. But first things first, where is the dining hall?
