An authentic Portuguese cookbook with recipes my grandmother learned from her mother while growing up in the Azores. There are chapters on main dishes, side dishes and some traditional desserts including the famous custard tarts. Pages with the letter ‘B’ on them are for beginner cooks and have less ingredients and steps. Pages with an ‘I’ are intermediate level recipes with slightly more steps and ingredients; and pages with an ‘A’ are for advanced cooks that are ready for a challenge. Many of these recipes include various scrolling image galleries, and the Portuguese pronunciation of the recipe name. I hope you give these recipes a try and wish you all the success.
