Elite Recruitment and Coherence of the Inner Core of Power in Finland

The book analyzes the extent to which the recruitment into and the coherence of different elites have changed in Finland throughout the period of 1991-2011. This change has been characterized by important societal upheavals, such as two deep economic recessions and a phase of rapid economic growth.
