I loved this book! The pictures are really nice and Elsa really sells the vegan lifestyle, even nonvegans will find themselves tempted to include more vegan meals in their diet. Another thing that I really liked is that almost all the ingredients required for the recipes are easily accessible anywhere. Being from Brazil, a lot of vegan recipes I stumble upon require special vegan cheeses, nut milks or ingredients that I cannot find in my home country. The recipes on this book, however, use mostly grains, vegetables and nuts and the book teaches how to make nut milks from scratch. I’m really happy with this purchase and can’t wait to try all of the recipes out!
This is exactly the summer vegan cookbook I needed this season, I love how delicious but healthy these recipes are! A lot of cookbooks are trying to taste like non vegan food but I feel like these recipes embrace plant recipes for what they are and making them delicious!!!
