Good book, good insight
Powerful
This book is so powerful. Dr. Stanley helps the reader to examine their hearts in relation to their emotions. He emphasizes the importance of getting to the root of why we have these emotions. Sometimes we have hurts our traumas from our past that we don’t realize are impacting our lives. But the reader is also continually pointed back to the Lord. He can help us every step of the way. He can help us uproot these emotions. He can help heal us. And He is there to pour His love over us. What a loving Father we have!
