The business world can be brutal and as a team leader with a private office and receptionist, Rachel knows all too well what it takes to make it to the top. She had used every talent that she possessed to get herself to the position and she didn't have any intention of allowing some lazy employee on her team to screw it all up. When she called Todd into her office, she had every intention of either lighting a fire under him or sending his ass home.
