Lt. Jenna, flexible, innovative, and outside-the-box thinker is paired with the formal and strictly by-the-book Lt. Tyson on a first-contact mission to the military-minded planet Kiral.

Fortunately, the first people they meet aren’t the let’s-dissect-the-aliens type. Unfortunately, some of the people on the ruling council have their own agendas already on unstoppable schedules.
