A sober warning
Everyone interested in the hollowing out of American industry should read this book. This includes in particular politicians.
The publisher has not done a good job in transiting this book to eBooks format as there are numerous typos and many footnotes that have the number but are omitted. This eBooks version should be regenerated and checked before continued sales.
