Learning to trust again
Endearing Seduction continues the Diamond Club series. This is another book involving someone who was in the lives of the security agency that Oz, his brother and friend own The Solutions Group this time it’s someone that Oz’s wife Charlotte helped in the past. Emily Bertrand is a history teacher in Nashville and someone that Charlotte helped deal with the pain from an incident when she was in high school. Emily’s apartment has been broken into and Kurt Anderson is the detective on duty. Emily does not trust the police stemming from the unsolved incident from years before. You pick up right away that due to her past she is a loner, not easy to trust anyone, and does not let anyone close! The break in which at first was thought to be one of a slew occurring in the area is now being looked at as a personal attack. Now Emily has a predicament and must decide if she can trust Kurt to help her! Emily and Kurt have a spark that you feel right away and it is great watching Kurt get Emily to break down the walls that she has had up for a decade! This is a very emotional and touching story!
