Jonathen-Kyle Jaimes is no stranger to challenges. Not when it comes to family, friends, and especially not work as the youngest commanding officer of a starship, the SSF Endeavor. So, when all three of these challenges arise at once-his husband's cancer, his friend's betrayal, and a mission to find a cure for a highly infectious bio-tech virus-he is forced to tap into a side of himself he never wanted to explore, and is terrified of it controlling him instead of the other way around.
