I believe that starting a garden, is one of the most creative activities one can do. When you start your garden, nature will step in, in miraculous and powerful ways. A co-creation begins to happen between you and Nature. Adding herbal plants to your garden will bring in another dimension of plant "beingness". It opens up another dimension of fragrances, knowledge and folklore.

In 1999, Orian and Gerry Johnson started their large herbal garden on a farm on the coast of California, USA. In this garden, they learned how to grow, harvest and make many herbal remedies and products. From Orian's herbal research on these individual plants they both gained tremendous respect and understanding for their herbal allies in their garden. It was here that Gerry inspired by the beauty of the flowers, started his new hobby, photography. In time, this garden hosted many weddings and events and was a delight for many people.
