Keeps ratcheting up the tension and stakes
Fiona, the now double grieving real estate agent, finally starts to see some results from Alex, police detective and former lover, in regards to her father’s death; even though he is not directly on the case. As the story progresses some fences are mended, there are still more unanswered questions than answered, and the secrets from the people surrounding her keep piling up. W.L. Knightly keeps ratcheting up the tension and stakes as the story evolves in Entwined Pair. I had some thoughts as to the killer, but now I’m not sure if I am on the right track.
So many secrets and so much suspense!
This was another page-turner that kept me at the edge of my seat! There were twist and turns at every page.
I loved seeing Fiona finally standing up for herself. But she is still surrounded with so much lies and deceptions. And there are still so many secrets left to be revealed.
This part made me question who is really the bad guy here! And I have so many theories I can’t wait to see how it all plays out!
