Trust is the Essential that is most pivotal for achieving high performance. What Trust is may seem obvious, but team members may be thinking of different things when they think of Trust, as we shall see in this section. 


A trusted organizational climate provides the necessary environment for individuals to openly share concerns and bring up ideas for Continuous Improvement.


Consciously creating an environment in which team members build Trust among each other is a key objective of Intentional Leadership.
