I'm only 1/3 of the way into this book, and already I have a different outlook on life. If you feel that you are overwhelmed with your work and personal responsibilities and commitments, I highly recommend you read this book.

This read is addictive and captivating for me. I really had an eye opening experience with this book and I think it was worth reading for the reasons you mentioned in the book.
