Ethera and the island of Evisara

Hailey is a tomboy in nature, a lover of fishing, quick-witted, and pure of heart. Set against the backdrop of a world between worlds, she will need her resilience and her knowledge to survive.

Going to heaven is where everyone hopes to go, but not Hailey. At least not yet, at 17-years old. Being forced through the gates into Enrovia was never her intention.

Always a first mate and never the Captain, she gets her first chance to go it alone on the open ocean. A terrible storm and pure fate conspire to bring her into an unknown land, where she finds herself an unwitting part of the war to control the kingdom of Enrovia. She's not the first human to come through the gates, but she could be just the person they've been waiting for all these centuries.

Faced with difficult choices and moral dilemmas, Hailey must choose a side and change the course of life for both her world and Enrovia forever. She has a special essence, a pure heart. But when she receives a mysterious gift, things suddenly become much less clear for her as to which side she'll chose.

Hailey must find the strength to stay true to herself, protect her friends, and not give in to the seduction of Drugan and the power he offers. A daring strategy to bring an end to the war requires her duplicity. But can she pull it off? Her life and the lives of all the animals of Enrovia depend on her.
