REID, C.J. This case presents for review the judgment of the Court of Appeals sustaining jury verdicts in favor of the plaintiff, Eugene
S. Forrester, for compensatory damages against the two individual defendants, Dr. Ronald Stockstill and Dr. Robert Kisabeth,
vacating and remanding for a new trial the award of punitive damages against the individual defendants, and vacating the jury
verdict for compensatory damages and dismissing the claim against the corporate defendant, Midsouth Regional Blood Center.
Upon review of the record, this Court finds the evidence insufficient to support the judgments of liability and directs that
the suit be dismissed.
