Even a Thief: Stories of a Few Who Met Jesus

Imagine, if you will, that you are one of the people mentioned in the Gospels. Someone with real problems, struggles and aspirations that are as real as the sweat on your brow and the tears in your eyes from the pain that life has thrust upon you. Suddenly, you meet this strange man-a real man's man, with authority and power, who takes your life and turns it upside down. He heals you, cleaning you inside and out. He sends you on for the rest of your life-utterly changed and made whole, with a new direction, a new zest for life. With one exception that is the short stories of "Even A Thief," some of the greatest miracles of Jesus through the eyes of those personalities who met Jesus face-toface, and were never the same again. 


Robert D. Leigh recieved his Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Denver, in 1989 and has been a working professional nurse since. Working in mental health since 2000, he is currently a psychiatric inpatient unit Charge Nurse with the VA. He has also been a committed Christian since his teen years and has been acting in and directing Christian drama since his twenties for local churches around the country over the years. While finishing "Even A Thief," touring started with his first play, a Western titled "Doctor Lawman: A Tale of Christian Evangelism in the Old West." "Even A Thief " is his first book.
