Anna Partington traces her teenage grandma, Élise, to Nazi occupied Normandy. Under imminent danger of attack, Anna and Élise must decide if they can trust each other, before being drawn even further back to the fifteenth century. While seeking answers about her strange gift, Anna discovers that Normandy was occupied before… by the English. Anna's ability draws unwelcome attention, and she is hunted as a witch. But she must try to survive and search for another time traveller who could reveal the fate of the young man she loves.
