Evil Casts a Shadow

After his wife and children are killed in a traffic accident, Peter Allen Clarke vows revenge. Unable to unleash hell on the the person responsible, Clarke strikes back in a murderous rampage that paralyzes an entire city. With the police now in hot pursuit, Clarke mysteriously disappears, only to return to Los Angeles months later. There, he begins plotting his final revenge. Soon bodies turn up, leaving the police with no suspects or motive. Baffled, the police little realize that his next victims are his real targets.
