Pause exegeting and READ THIS BOOK!
After a year in seminary, this book helped me to vocalize issues in exegesis that I have not been able to adequately voice. Carson is a careful and accurate exegete whom we should listen to. Seminary is a process of distantiation - while painful, extremely necessary. A humbling read for exegetes of all types.
