A 2009 expedition, lead by Robert Swan OBE and his team at www.2041.com, sponsored by BP Alternative Energy, that took 50 young graduates, 10 academics and 10 climate change leaders to the Antarctic peninsula to see the effects of climate change on this beautiful and seductive continent with a view to promote alternative energy as a solution to climate change.
