Bill did bellows breathing for a year. This process allowed him to experience the flow of life force energy (prana) in his body and spine. He discovered that this life force was a reflection of his thoughts. That powerful thoughts collected and shone like stars in his mental landscape, projecting various messages consciously and subconsciously.
