Dean “Corduroy” Masland is an experienced MMA cage fighter. One night during a sanctioned bout, he accidentally kills his best friend, Vic Mercy, with a second-round right hook to the temple. The next morning, Cord awakens to find a prophetic tattoo--his own name and date of death--etched into the back of his neck, dated four days in the future. Soon, he encounters a seven-foot-tall demon in a blood-speckled lab coat, bent on fulfilling the prophecy.
