ah such love
i do not get the cooking channel, so i cannot see their show regularly, but i have caught many episodes and i just love them. such chemistry and love, all thrown into their cooking and recipes. i was so happy to hear about the book, and although i did not get the copy in my hands, as i usually do, the electronic version is every bit of wonderful italian cooking as i anticipated! if you want to learn anything about italian cooking, culture, and the simplicity of what their food offers, this is a great book to show it. and no one better than gabriele and debi to show you!
