Only Diet That Has Worked for Me!

I love this diet plan and it is the only one that I have been able to stick to. The meals are simple and easy and involve foods that I like and would normally eat. I find ways to make things my own and jazz it up a little if I need to without changing anything too much. I've lost 10lbs in just 12 days and haven't even stuck to the exercise plan to the T. I'm almost halfway through with phase 3 and plan to start over when I'm done. Thanks Dr. Ian!!
