Great mystery - keeps you laughing
I can tell you right now that everything you read by this author, is going to be good. And this is regardless of pen name because she also writes as Julie Chase, Jacqueline Frost, Bree Baker, depending on the publisher.
The latest Bonnie & Clyde installment provides a great story in another excellently written whodunnit that leaves you guessing until the end. The story revolves around one of Bonnie's friends whose prize chicken is the center of a custody battle with an ex-boyfriend.
Yes - totally sounds silly, but it's so awesome!
The mystery is great because Julie Anne Lindsey's books are more intense than your average cozy, but still full of quirky, fun, and likable characters who always keep the readers on their metaphorical toes when it comes to figuring out who did it.
The best part is that Bonnie's friends, Thelma and Louisa (Friend and chicken, well - chicken-Thelma, and friend-Louisa) are getting their own spin-off series - complete with a lumberjack. Yes - you have to read it. No Farm, No Fowl - and it's already out.
This book was received as an ARC directly from the author, but I had it pre-ordered as well for my nook since I buy everything written by this author. I already have book 5 and No Farm, No Fowl ready to read.

I Love This Series!
Another epic adventure in the Bonnie and Clyde Mystery series! I could not put this book down! So glad this book came out around the holidays so I could gift this amazing series to the friends and family I love 🥰
This series is addictive!
Eyelet Witness is the fourth installment in the Bonnie and Clyde mysteries by Julie Anne Lindsay. Bonnie is pulled into another murder investigation when she and her Sheriff boyfriend find a body in the lake. This investigation takes her to the rival town of Cromwell with a whole passel of interesting characters. Bonnie needs to help her new friend Louisa find the murderer and recover her kidnapped pet hen before time runs out! This story introduced many new interesting characters that I can’t wait to learn more about! The mystery was good and the romance between Bonnie and her sheriff just keeps getting better and better!
