Hopefully, they make the reader want to dive into the scripture in such a way that they reflect on how their life is living up to our calling as followers of Jesus.

Truth filled devotional
Dennis Smock’s devotionals are written with truth. These devotionals are saturated with scripture and always circle back to the need of Christ as a personal Lord and Savior. These devotionals are easy to read and understand while challenging the reader to deepen his/her faith. They’re wonderful to read when you may have a rushed morning, a still quiet time or just for a mid-day reminder of Gods love. You can tell through his writings, that Smock’s deepest love is Jesus. I suggest all reading his writings.
