Dee and Ryo, a pair of New York City's finest, are off on vacation. They take a trip together to England, far from the demanding streets of NY, where Dee is desperate to make a move on Ryo. The two check into a cozy private hotel, but are soon surprised with news of a serial killing in the area. This unsolved case won't let the pair rest, especially when the victims have just one thing in common: their Japanese heritage!
