This book was full of surprises. Easton is both infuriating and heartwarming. Hartley is a strong character with an interesting past who doesn’t take crap from anyone including Easton. This book captures high-school perfectly, I would know being in high school currently.
Was certainly not a fan.
I have not finished this book yet, but I’m finding it so hard to read. The plot is simply not as good as the others, and the characters are making reckless decisions. I absolutely loved the first three books, and have reread them many times. I would have liked to see more of Reed and Ella in this book, even though it was Easton’s story. Hartley certainly had some secrets, but it really didn’t help. I felt adding Felicity in there, even though it wasn’t that potent, was useless. I don’t know if I’m going to finish this book because of how long and boring the plot is. This is for certain not one of my favorites.
Not as good as the first 3
Don’t get me wrong I still enjoyed reading it. But I didn’t care as much about the characters as I did in the previous book. I missed Reed and Ella! I also felt like I had to push through this one, while the other ones pulled me right along. I’m hoping cracked kingdom is better!!
