Fallen
Review by JKPG:
It was amazing to me how God used FALLEN to convict me of my own fallen nature. While reading FALLEN, I identified with Adam and Eve and their sinfulness! I felt many times that I needed to stop and ask God to forgive me of my sin of pride, the pride that seems to motivate me until God’s Spirit begins to have His way. Thank you, Holy Spirit, for doing the work in me that was needed through FALLEN!
It was obvious that God’s Spirit was leading Melinda Viergever Inman as she wrote this book and that God was looking into my soul and saying exactly what I needed to hear as I read it.
I feel that this is a book that I can give away, knowing that God will speak to others as He did to me, using it to honor and glorify Jesus, the One who eventually came to bring us back to God after Adam and Eve’s fall had taken us away.
Fallen is a beautiful story
What in the world is wrong with people? Why do we act the way we do? Fallen is an unusual book because it answers so many questions about human behavior. Melinda Inman's book is a beautiful story based upon the Bible, the most authenticated book in existence. It brings to life and fleshes out those few verses in Genesis and gives us such an amazing glimpse of Eden that we long for the New Heaven and the New Earth when God restores what was lost. What an enjoyable read about those two people who are the ancestors of everyone on the face of the earth!
