Perfect combination of heat and heart
Nicole Flockton’s second book in The Prentice Brother’s of Sweet Ridge series is one that literally turned the pages on its own. With the perfect amounts of romance, tension and a bit of intrigue the story was engrossing from start to finish. Right out of the gate it was so easy to fall in love with the characters of Tyler and Gianna...their chemistry was obvious, their attraction to each other heartfelt, and their journey of twist and turns to their HEA heartwarming.
Now that two of the Prentice brothers have found their own HEA, I can’t wait to see what’s in store for Trey.
This ARC book was complimentary, provided by the Publisher. I am voluntarily providing my honest review.
Love Sweet Ridge
Sweet Ridge is a town you fall in love with and root for all the characters. The Prentice brothers are all intriguing and total book boyfriend material. After reading Tate’s story I couldn’t wait to learn more about Tyler and I was pleased to find that a lot of the mystery about him came from his big heart.
When Gianna entered the picture I could not stand her and how she acted. If other readers find her extremely difficult to like and picture with Ty in the beginning, don’t worry hang in there the loving town of Sweet Ridge and Ty work at revealing her true self.
The love story came together well and by the end I was rooting for them. The only thing about their story I wasn’t fulfilled with was having no closure on the horrible men at Gianna’s firm. I hope at some point in the series we can reflect back on that to find those men were at least told to shape up.
