Publisher Description
Whip-smart, stubborn Bailey can do anything she sets her mind to — including climbing a mountain by herself. What could go wrong? She finds out what when she falls off the mountain and into the arms of a handsome hiker named Shawn.
Back in Texas, she expects the rest of her life to go as planned. But when Shawn shows up to teach her graduate school class, that illusion shatters. Their university forbids student-teacher relationships, so Bailey puts him out of her mind.
She focuses on… how his eyes sparkle when he looks at her. And the jokes that only they understand. And the way his muscles rippled that time he carried her over the mountain.
For someone who likes to follow the rules, Bailey may be in trouble.
Falling in Love (Off a Mountain) is a smart, sweet romantic comedy with a closed-door romance. With a grumpy, secret cinnamon-roll male lead and a sharp-witted heroine, this novel makes you laugh right to the happily ever after.
Customer Reviews
Falling in love off a mountain
This book is funny. Very clever use language. Great turn of phrase. Had me laughing instead of sleeping. Most of all I deeply appreciate the clean romance with no descriptive sex scenes. Only romantic ones that make you feel like the man/woman is someone you could trust your moral safety to. Someone to cuddle with and feel totally relaxed and accepted. No constant touch-freely scenes even without the sexual blow by blow, moment by moment raging hormones.
Thank you for a totally engaging book. Love to read more like it.
Fun read
Well written and clever. Excellent editing! Quirky but adorably believable.
