Fabulous Character Build...Outstanding Story Creative
This book “Falling Through Glass” by Barbara Sheridan, was incredibly great. Time travel to a distinct place and situation. I became totally absorbed in the old 1864 Kyoto, the Samurai, h Emperor....and everything happening at a fast pace. . The characters, all of them, remained true to their position and complexity. Switching between back then and present day was well done. The characters, all of them, were believable and engaging. After reading I really wished this was just the first of a series...there was so much adventure, dialog and misadventure that it made for a quick read. The story is unpredictable as situations unfold....in the best written way possible. This is an outstanding read. Get the book...get immersed in old Japan...the customs....the intrigue...the mix of today-meets-past-years....and enjoy a creatively written story.
