No fan of Dean Koontz or of psychological suspense will want to miss this extraordinary novel of the human mind’s capacity to torment—and destroy—itself.
It’s a fear more paralyzing than falling. More terrifying than absolute darkness. More horrifying than anything you can imagine. It’s the one fear you cannot escape no matter where you run . . . no matter where you hide.
It’s the fear of yourself. It’s real. It can happen to you. And facing it can be deadly.
False Memory . . . Fear for your mind.
BONUS: This edition contains an excerpt from Dean Koontz's The City.

Real page-turner
Edge of the seat, fast moving plot. Descriptive phrasing to capture every mood.
False Memory
I gave this 5 stars even though it was not close to my favorite Koontz book. Koontz genius is enrapturing. He spares no details. For instance his knowledge of guns and cars is brilliant. I now get this picture of him with Trixie riding shotgun in a tricked out Mercedes, both with Oakley sun glasses with a cache of guns including RPG’s in the trunk along with giant Bose speakers blasting out Don Ho music.
This is the second Koontz book that I have read about mind control. I am convinced that he has used a ‘Spock mind meld’ of some sort to embrace us creating a need to purchase more of his books - I just bought another one!
Great book
Keeps you interested through the ending.
