Hmmm
First book: pretty good story. I can see the potential for the series.
Second book: so far not a fan of the female lead. Not reporting happenings under the circumstances is a major plot fail. She is not a sympathetic character yet. Only half through so will update on progress:
Third book: well this was a bit maudlin. I like a good backstory, but this just went on and on and was boring.
The characters are well fleshed out and the story has a lot of potential. However, just when it was becoming entertaining, you finally moved into the story portion. It just stopped. Extreme disappointment.

I fell in love with the characters and their stories only to be thoroughly disappointed to not be reading their full stories! Such a waste of time!
