Fated

At the top of my favorite romance novel list. I love this book and the way it’s written. This is one of few books that I go back and reread. I rarely ever give 5 stars.

I very often read reviews to determine if I will purchase a book, so I try to say what I would want to know. This 250 pg book was an amazing read! I found myself smiling, getting mad, and yes, crying. Which I rarely do! This book had it all and you will never regret a cent you spend on it. And let me say, I bought this book and read it on my own, nobody bribes my rating!

I love the getting to know you stages of the story. The build up was fantastic. It sort of reminded me of another story "crashed", some similarities with a familiar word. Impossible men unable to admit when they are in love and having trouble saying the word and hearing the word. I love how Lauren went after what she wanted and did not hold back, it was so refreshing not getting frustrated with a female character because they were afraid they were not good enough. Rest assured you won't be reading anything like that. Also no jealousy towards other women and no worries of sabotage by other women. This story revolved and focused on the blossoming sexual passion developing between two people who were fated to be together. Of course the one element I could have done without is the shared history of both having lost there parents. Why do people have to die in these stories to bring other people together? Why also do people have to be damaged in order to find true love? Can't non-damaged people find love? I liked Caden's profession it was sexy. I liked the idea behind Lauren letting her inhibitions and fear escape her while being photographed. It would be nice to be captured in a moment of ecstasy.
