ZAGREB (Croatia), July 6 (SeeNews) - The brokerage industry in southeast Europe, which has a hit-and-miss record on recent merger attempts, is bracing for a new wave of consolidation after three major Croatian investment companies unveiled plans to pool their broking operations. Croatian investment company Hita Vrijednosnice said in June it had reached an agreement with local peer ICF Broker for a capital tie-up and a merger of their brokerage divisions.
