Loved it
It was a great read!
I was in love with this book until the ending…
I’m only giving this book 3 stars because of this. I was absolutely in love with this book and was fully invested in it for the long haul. And really ready to dive into the characters and their stories. But I didn’t get to do that. The book started out amazing I was sucked right in and ready for the great story being laid out to continue but I didn’t get that or the character development that could have been a gold mine! I felt like it was all great and wonderfully detailed then all the sudden I feel like it jumped forward and we were at the end of the book already with so much missing in the middle. I was full prepared to read this book for another 20 chapters but didn’t get to. I feel like just so much of the book and story was missing and the ending was rushed.
I haven’t read the rest of the books yet and I’m going to give them a try hopefully they aren’t like this one.
But spot on with the beginning/first half of the book though you were really onto something there.
