Very Good Reading
I had a great deal of pleasure reading this book. The descriptive manner in which it was written gives the reader a sense of experiencing the appreciation the writer had for the outdoors. Do yourself a favor, read it from the perspective of the time it was written.

Visiting with an old trapper
This book puts forth the pleasure of spending several nights at a camp fire talking with and listening to an old trapper or woodsman sharing the chapters of his life.
