Publisher Description

Now a #1 Netflix documentary series. Get the full shocking story about billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein in this #1 New York Times bestselling and definitive book, updated with the latest headline-making news and new photos.
Jeffrey Epstein rose from humble origins into the New York City and Palm Beach elite. A college dropout with an instinct for numbers -- and for people -- Epstein amassed his wealth through a combination of access and skill. But even after he had it all, Epstein wanted more. That unceasing desire -- and especially a taste for underage girls --resulted in sexual-abuse charges, to which he pleaded guilty and received a shockingly lenient sentence.
Included here are police interviews with girls who have alleged sexual abuse by Epstein, details of the investigation against him, and a new introduction with up-to-the-minute developments on the case, including Epstein's death by suicide.
An explosive true story from the world's most popular thriller writer, FILTHY RICH is a riveting tale of wealth, power, and the easy price of justice for America's wealthiest citizens.

Patterson’s Investigative Work Pays Off

This book is a great compilation of much of the information regarding Epstein and associate’s life of crime and luxury. It was written & published before his death as it does end the factual evidence around 2016-2017 I believe. I do recommend taking the time to read other books and articles about what happened right after this book’s ending, because it is interesting, but this book encapsulates what you should know about this disgusting individual and his accomplices, at least all the way up until this book was released. As this has the same title of the Netflix documentary limited series, I recommend consuming both pieces of media as they both discuss the same events, but both provide additional insight into this horrific story. If you have seen the documentary, I strongly recommend reading this book if you are still interested in investigating this story. Another good read from Patterson.

Filthy Rich by James Patterson et al

Staggeringly bad. Fragmented, poorly written, awful prose and over use of colloquialisms. Learned little about the notorious pervert, Jeffrey Epstein. Or his associates, nor how he became “filthy rich”. Sorry to have purchased.
