Great Page Turner
I previously read The Black Farm, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I wanted to check out more of this author’s work, and was not disappointed.
Similar to The Black Farm, Witherow naturally creates a unique world with a rich history and lore and explores poignant themes through a vivid, gruesome, and interesting story with religious undertones.
I bought the book yesterday and sacrificed some of my already limited sleep to finish the story. Definitely worth the few bucks I spent on it.
Entertaining
An entertaining roadtrip read, but lacks depth and character development.
