The New York Times Bestselling Conclusion to Gwen and JC's Story which began in Free Me
I came to The Sky Launch to begin fresh, away from the horrors of my past. The circumstances that brought me here were not the best, but I’ve become good friends with Alayna and Hudson Pierce, and my family has healed in ways I never thought they could. With them around me, I’ve never felt more at home.
But starting anew means letting go.
And there are some things I don’t want to leave behind – like JC, the man who taught me how to let loose. The man I wasn’t supposed to love. The man I don’t want to lose.
My life is safe now. The threats from before have become less menacing, and I’m faced with a choice: either move on completely or keep holding to the hope that JC loves me enough to come and find me.
A real page turner.. the shake ups in this book had me crying, screaming, laughing… the emotional rollercoaster ride of this book is one I would ride over and over.
Slow Clap.... Come on. Join in!
Wow! I was not expecting any of what happened in this book to happen. It blew me away! It was such a different storyline than I’ve read, yet it felt right fir the characters. (SPOILER) I wanted Gwen to punch JC after he showed up to the wedding when he decided to disappear again... without her! She definitely went to easy on him that time. 😉 But, cè la vie. It was a great ending to a wonderful duo. Great job!
Great book and great characters who are a bit different than most in these types of stories. Too much sex and too vivid so eventually I was scrolling thru without fully reading. But that was also because they story was compelling.
