INSTANT NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER
A hopeless romantic meets a jaded radio host in this cozy, Sleepless in Seattle–inspired love story from beloved author B.K. Borison.
Aiden Valentine has a secret: he’s fallen out of love with love. And as the host of Baltimore’s romance hotline, that’s a bit of a problem. But when a young girl calls in to the station asking for dating advice for her mom, the interview goes viral, thrusting Aiden and Heartstrings into the limelight.
Lucie Stone thought she was doing just fine. She has a good job; an incredible family; and a smart, slightly devious kid. But when all of Baltimore is suddenly scrutinizing her love life—or lack thereof—she begins to question if she’s as happy as she believed. Maybe a little more romance wouldn’t be such a bad thing.
Everyone wants Lucie to find her happy ending…even the handsome, temperamental man calling the shots. But when sparks start to fly behind the scenes, Lucie must make the final decision between the radio-sponsored happily ever after or the man in the headphones next to her.
APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
True love connects two people across the airwaves in this heartfelt read inspired by the classic rom-com Sleepless in Seattle. For Aiden, doling out advice to lovelorn callers on the popular radio show Heartstrings has made him so cynical, he doesn’t even really believe in romance anymore. Lucie, on the other hand, is so busy as a successful mechanic and devoted mom, she never even thinks about the love she could be missing—until her tween daughter calls into Heartstrings on her behalf and makes her mom a sensation. As Lucie sits down with Aiden to record a segment about her search for love and author B.K. Borison’s trademark romantic banter takes hold, the heart-melting chemistry that emerges between the story’s two leads had us buzzing with excitement. We were also living for all the workplace gossip at Aiden’s radio station, not to mention the unconventional and inspiring workings of Lucie’s blended family. Fans of Borison’s Lovelight series will simply love this.

First Time Caller
It was aight. I wasn’t captivated by the story or characters. But I enjoyed them and the story. I would give it a 3.75. It was missing something for me. Like more on him and his day to day. But all in all it made me laugh and enjoy the banter. I love a love story that makes me fall in love with the characters, this wasn’t it for me. The best romance for me this year so far has been Abby Jimenez Life’s too Short.
