I thought this book was very informative. It definitely stresses working out...a lot. They might have overdone it a bit with how many times they tell you to workout/exercise, but on the other hand I suppose it is crucial when having a healthy pregnancy/baby. I like the examples they give on what workouts/exercises are safe and which ones are not. Every expecting woman should read this book. It's an easy read and won't take long.
