I love this little cookbook! the pictures in this book are amazing and make you want to be part of the shift experience. It is super helpful to have the shopping list right there for you. I get overwhelmed if recepies have too many ingredients or steps to the final meal. Not an issue with this book. The Five Days of Mindful Eating recepies are simple and heavenly delicious!
