Fun introduction to raw cooking
I love the idea of using nutritionally-rich raw foods, but I sometimes have a hard time moving away from my comfort zone when it comes to cooking. These cookie recipes are just the delicious incentive I need to try something healthy and new.
To Die For!
The hazelnut butter with chocolate chips are so delish! And they're great paired with an Italian espresso. Knowing these creations are healthier than their non-raw counterparts makes it even more fun to indulge.

And I thought cookies were not supposed to be good for you. Made with raw ingredients, these cookies are delicious and maintain their nutritional value well beyond what one would expect. While raw is gaining traction as a food of choice, Kenney opens up the dessert arena like only he can. You might be nervous to try, but these are not difficult recipes. Anyone famliar with cooking can enjoy.
