Flame and Crystal thorns indeed
Chloe, the protagonist of the story is a highly relatable teenage girl. Struggles with not only romance but also with her past. As such, I have to be entirely honest. Reading the word Faerie and Fae repeatedly at the beginning of the story almost turned me off of it due to the repetition. However, once I was able to get past that, I really was pulled into the world which Kay has built for her readers. The character growth, and unsuspected twists and turns, full force tossed me into her world leaving me begging for a conclusion page after page. With that, I cannot wait for the next part of Chloe’s story to come to life.
Good book
Great story full of suspense and magic. I love Chloe and how she is not your typical heroine but is still determined to save those she loves.
