Flipped

The Flipped Math Classroom pilot project in Stillwater, Minnesota, included six fifth grade math teachers from five different schools.  During its first year, this pilot group expanded to 25 teachers from grades four, five, and six.  This book describes the experience of the pilot teachers as well as the transitioning teachers.  Chapters about Moodle, video creation, flipcharts, Parents, Students, Teachers, and Transitioning describe current practices. Chapters on Expanding the Human Network and a Future with Accelerating Productivity explore how the flipped classroom can grow in the future.  Image galleries, movies, and interactive keynote presentations complement the text of this book.
