Upon consideration of the Notice of Determination of Guilt filed by The Florida Bar in the above-styled case pursuant to Rule of Discipline 3-7.2, Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, and the Respondent's Petition to Modify or Terminate Suspension, it is hereby ordered by the Court that: Respondent, Brian Hal Leslie, is suspended from the practice of law until further order of the Court and this suspension shall be effective thirty days from the filing of this order so that respondent can close out his practice and protect the interest of existing clients. If respondent notifies this Court in writing that he is no longer practicing and does not need the thirty days to protect existing clients, this Court will enter an order making the suspension effective immediately. Respondent shall accept no new business from the date this order is filed.
