Lackluster.
Author struggles to provide a compelling story about her time as a travel agent. Many anecdotes actually paint author in a negative light, and it lacks any surprises or interesting details that aren’t generally well-known about the life of a travel agent.

A huge thank you to Ann Hood for sharing her flight attendant life with us. I will never take what our flight attendants or air crews do for us for granted.
